Keto Pancakes | Waffles

These make great pancakes OR waffles.

Just mix very softened cream cheese with room temperature eggs then add dry ingredients.

If making in waffle maker, let cook till well browned.


Keto Pancakes // Waffles
2 eggs
1/3 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp swerve confectioners (optional)
Half stick of cream cheese (4 Oz) softened ***( 2 oz of heavy cream optional for thinning pancakes – leave out for waffles)

Depending on your pour, makes about 8 pancakes.

To make syrup : melt 2 tsp of butter and add 1 tsp of swerve or to taste
