Butter Garlic Cream Sauce
Goes great with chicken!!
Half stick of butter melted in sauce pan
sauté 4 cloves of garlic in butter ( you can use less but I just love garlic )
Brown the butter ( continuously stir on med heat till butter is a golden brown. Careful not to burn the butter)
Add 1 cup of heavy cream and let come to a boil.
Turn down to a soft boil and stir continuously until liquid becomes creamy texture ( about 5 min )

Preheat over to 425
Place chicken in a casserole dish
Pour cream sauce over chicken
Put on lid and cook for 45 min or until chicken is done.
